  • Students should enter the school premises within 10:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
  • Students will not be allowed to enter the premises after 10:30 a.m.
  • All are expected to speak English in school.
  • Mobile phones or any electrical gadget and books (other than text or library books), newspapers, or periodicals are prohibited in school.
  • The school shall not be responsible for books, money, clothes, and other articles that are lost. Students must look after their own things. Harmful or lethal objects should not be brought to school.
  • Any kind of damage done deliberately by pupils to the school equipment, furniture, building, etc. will be regarded as a punishable offense.
  • Utmost cleanliness must be observed on school premises. Throwing litter, pieces of paper, seeds, and skins of fruits is strictly prohibited. Dustbins should be used.
  • Strict regularity, implicit obedience, politeness, courtesy in speech, conduct, and cleanliness of books, dress, and person are rigidly insisted upon.
  • Misbehavior in the conveyance is punishable. Every student should try to keep up the high tone of the school, by excelling in good manners.
  • A student who is unwell should not be sent to school. Students suffering from contagious or infectious diseases are not permitted to attend classes or appear in examinations. The matter will be considered later by the Principal.
  • Parents must come in person to collect their ward/s from the school gate by showing the Guardian’s Identity card.
  • Any complaint/suggestion regarding school matters should be handed over to the principal and not to the class –teacher.
  • Parents or Guardians can request a meeting with the teacher only with the prior permission of the principal and should never approach the teacher directly in the classroom.
  • School diary must be brought to school daily and should be maintained carefully. If the student misuses his/her diary or loses it, a new copy would be issued to him/her against payment of its cost.
  • It is strictly forbidden to leave the school premises at unusual times, in case of emergency/sickness, an application should be produced to the Principal seeking permission by the parent/guardian.
  • Students must wear prescribed uniforms on all weekdays without making any alterations. It should always be clean and properly ironed.
  • Parents of the absent students must write a note in the space provided in the school Diary.
  • Long absence for any other reason will be permitted only with prior permission from the principal.
  • In case of slow learners or students who are absent Parents have to come and collect the homework or classwork of their wards from the respective class teachers or subject teachers or other students.
  • Attendance is compulsory on all the school observation days, competitions, and the first and last working day of each vacation.
  • Parents are expected to cooperate with the school Authority by enforcing punctuality, regularity, personal cleanliness, and discipline on their wards and by taking care that their children prepare the lessons.
  • Report or remarks sent by the Teachers must be acted upon immediately. Parents must come to collect their wards’ progress report cards.
  • Parents/Guardians are not allowed to see the pupils or call them on the telephone during school hours or interview the teachers when they are engaged in teaching.
  • Parents and Guardians are specially requested to notify the school of any change in their address and telephone number to facilitate interaction.
  • No school leaving Certificates would be issued until all dues are cleared.
  • School may declare holiday for some local festivals, inclement weather and incessant rain or general strike called by political parties.
  • Subscription for charges for Annual Tour and Annual Function is not included in the admission fee. (One time payable) 
  • Re-examination will be taken in the case of serious illness and if it is considered by the principal. No other excuses will be entertained.
  • Parents’ handwriting will not be allowed in the classwork or homework copies of their wards.
  • The fees are to be paid before the 10th of each month, failing will cost a late fee of Rs.50/- for the month.
  • Junk foods or street foods are strictly prohibited.
